Montserrat, Cardona & Salt Mountain Small Group Tour with Pickup

Your first stop is Montserrat, home to a Benedictine community for almost 1,000 years and one of the most important places of pilgrimage in Catalonia. With your guide, visit the monastery and its basilica, then take a short, walk to one of the best viewpoints in the natural park.

In the afternoon, continue to Cardona, a medieval town guarded by its hilltop castle, once home to some of Catalonia’s most powerful lords. Then head into the Salt Mountain, formed from an ancient sea millions of years ago, and walk through the old mine galleries to see how salt shaped the history of the whole valley.
