Xunantunich, Cave Tubing & Ziplining from Hopkins

Choose a shared or private guide-led day with the activities in this itinerary. The tour begins from Hopkins. At Xunantunich, walk through the ceremonial plazas, learn how the ancient city developed, and see the Cayo District from El Castillo. For cave tubing, follow your guide on the forest approach, receive a safety briefing, and float through the underground river past limestone formations. On the zipline course, trained guides handle the safety setup as you move between platforms and see the forest canopy from above.

Allow about 9 hours. Shared options may include other travelers and require at least four adults. Private options are reserved for your booked group and require at least two adults. Lunch is included. Travelers should have a moderate level of physical fitness. The experience is not wheelchair accessible. It is not recommended for pregnant travelers, travelers with back problems, and travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
