Hunter Valley Wine Tasting and Vineyard Tour

Go behind the scenes at Hunter Wine Lab, a boutique working winery in Pokolbin, with a guided vineyard and winery tour, barrel tasting where available, and a tasting of up to eight wines.

This relaxed two-hour experience takes guests from vineyard to finished wine, with an introduction to grape growing, winemaking, and the decisions that shape each wine. Where suitable wine is available, guests can taste directly from barrel before finishing with a guided tasting of Hunter Wine Lab’s current range.
