Our adventure begins at a lush spice plantation. Together, we will walk through the farm to touch, smell, and taste fresh cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, and lemongrass straight from the trees. I will share the fascinating history of how these spices shaped our island

Next, we will stroll into a nearby local village to experience the heartwarming culture and daily life of the community

You will see traditional Swahili houses, meet welcoming locals, and experience the true island hospitality before heading to our open-air kitchen.

During our interactive cooking session, you will learn how to scrape fresh coconut using traditional tools and use your harvested spices to prepare a delicious Swahili Chicken Curry and Coconut Rice over a wood fire
