Second course: – Sirloin and Spanish chorizo campechanos with cheese, white onions, cilantro, tortillas and lime

Third course: – White mushrooms and spinach with onions, Roma tomatoes – Handmade tortillas with corn flour or masa harina, salt, pepper and vegetable oil

Dessert: – Lemon sorbet and dulce de zapote with sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon stick
