For full-day safaris, a mandatory break applies from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM under Department of Wildlife Conservation regulations. During this time, remain in the designated Patanangala Beach area or river area within the park for lunch. The afternoon safari resumes at 2:00 PM. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
