Oil Tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wines, and Typical Products

An afternoon among the olive trees of the hills of Tolfa, inside a farmhouse that produces its own oil. Several extra virgin olive oils are tasted, learning to recognize their aromas, bitterness, and spiciness, then the local wines and some typical Tuscia products are sampled. A small group, maximum 12 people, and the direct account of those who work the land every day.
