Flagstaff Adults-Only Ghost Tour: Mountain Town of Madness

Same award-winning storytelling. Different energy. Mountain Town of Madness is our adults-only evening. A darker vibe, an extra true crime story, and guides who don't have to keep it PG-13. Locally owned, originally researched, and still the only ghost tour in Flagstaff run by the people who wrote the books. 18+ only.

2,000+ verified reviews. Voted Best of Flagstaff 2023, 2024, and 2025. There’s a reason people keep coming back and a reason certain guests say the ghosts followed them home.

Mountain Town of Madness is our adults-only ghost tour & it's built for people who want a different kind of night out. Same downtown route, same original research from co-founder and local author Susan Johnson, but with guides who have the freedom to lean into the darker details and the gallows humor.

Then there's the story we save for this tour: a 1980s murder trial that took a turn nobody in that courtroom expected. We'll let your guide handle that one.
