We offer a guided tasting of 3 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After tasting with sweet and savoury snacks, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production process. The panoramic tasting rooms overlook the Cartizze hills, which have recently become part of the UNESCO heritage.
