Itinerary & Activities: 6:30AM: Pick-up in Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Long An. 7:15AM: Enjoy a local breakfast. 8:00AM: Visit a pineapple garden and learn about local farming. 10:00AM: Explore Tân Lập Floating Village: walk around 2 km through the cajuput forest, discover its ecosystem, take a traditional rowing boat through small canals, make Vietnamese mini pancakes (Bánh Khọt), and enjoy lotus tea. 12:30PM: Visit a local family's home, enjoy homemade lunch, and learn about their daily life. 2:00PM: Explore a local market, discover local market culture, taste seasonal fruits and refreshments. 3:00PM: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City. 6:30PM: Expected arrival in Saigon.
