Bungle Bungle Tag-Along

Bungle Bungle Tag-Along

Driving the Kimberley in your own 4WD? Join our Aboriginal guides for a half-day walk into Cathedral Gorge, in Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Meet us at 9:00am at the Bungle Bungle Airstrip for a Muntha (Welcome to Country) with fresh damper and billy tea or coffee. Then follow our vehicle in your own 4WD to the southern end of the park.

Your Gija guide walks you past the beehive domes and into Cathedral Gorge, sharing bush tucker, bush medicine, and the meaning of this sacred place through stories, song and sand drawings.

You'll join guests flying in on our Broome to Bungles Day Trek, who meet you at the airstrip when their plane lands.

Please note: this is a tag-along tour. You need your own high-clearance 4WD and a park entry pass. Bring water, a hat, sturdy shoes and a packed lunch.
