Sun City & Pilanesberg Game Reserve (Closed Vehicle)

Combine a Big Five game drive with a visit to Sun City in one day from Johannesburg. We collect you early and drive about two hours to Pilanesberg National Park, a malaria-free reserve set in an ancient volcanic crater and home to lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo, as well as brown hyena, cheetah and more than 360 bird species. After a game drive in a closed vehicle with your guide, continue to neighbouring Sun City Resort for an orientation tour of the Palace of the Lost City and the resort before returning to Johannesburg. Wildlife sightings depend on the day and are never certain. This is a long day of about 11 hours, hotel to hotel.
