Suva Fiji Village Tour With Kava Ceremony

Depart from your pick-up point at 0900hrs.
Your experience starts as we drive to the peri-urban area of Suva and villages passing through the forest, and a picturesque lookout overlooking Suva harbor. Fijians have various ways of greeting visitors. You will be garlanded with a flower lei and then escorted into the village community hall. You'll be invited to join the Kava ceremony, one of the island's most common ceremonial and social customs. Kava is a non-alcoholic drink made from the bare root of a pepper tree, then pounded into a fine powder and mixed with fresh water is central to the Fijian culture. We'll take a walk around the village, meet with the villagers, and go straight to the school to visit and spend time with the children. And lunch will be served after the tour.
