About us

KoalasTrip is a travel assistant that lets travellers describe what they want in their own words and find real experiences. It is operated by Elifa Collective Tekstil Tasarım Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

How we work

We source experiences from our partners' catalogues. Every product, price and rating we display is real data.
For partner experiences, booking and payment are completed on the partner's site; we do not take that payment or see card details. For KoalasTrip eSIM products, we are the seller named in the sales terms: payment is collected on our behalf through the authorised payment provider's secure checkout; card details do not reach us. eSIM delivery starts after payment verification.
Our assistant only describes products that exist in the catalogue. To prevent it from inventing anything, our system verifies every answer against the real data.
If we do not have a piece of information, we say so. We do not guess.
